Water tank

TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
At Officine Mottola we know that water is a precious resource, and a great deal of care goes into the construction of our water tanks.Mottola’s food quality tanks are made in carbon steel and 304 or 316 stainless steel (on request), and tank capacities range from 1,000 to 35,000 litres. We can provide water tanks for a chassis with 2, 3 or 4 axles, trailers and semi-trailers.Since the only welded joint is longitudinal, Mottola tanks are much stronger and resistant than transversally welded tanks, even in critical situations. Our tanks have several compartments to limit movement of the liquid, and all tanks have manholes for easy maintenance and access.
Standard fittings are as follows:
manhole reached via ladder,
foot-boards with handrail,
valve for over-filling and for pipes with closure valves,
n. 2 pipe holders with lockable hatches,
mudguards and mud flaps for rear wheels,
level gauge on the front.
Mottola’s water tanker is very versatile. When fitted with a centrifugal pump connected to a front bar with spray nozzles, it can be used for street-cleaning. Centrifugal pump features (capacity and height gauge) vary according to users’ requirements. The pump can be mechanical, hydraulic or driven by an auxiliary motor. On request, we can provide water tanks with centrifugal self-priming pumps, and have several cast iron models available for industrial waste-water and stainless steel for drinking water.
On request, we can also provide other equipment:
-Rear bar for drinking water distribution with n. 6 ¾’’ taps
-Auxiliary hand reel with flexible hose and fire extinguisher nozzle
-Hydraulic hose reel
-Driver-operated pneumatic rotatable front bar for street-cleaning
-Driver-operated rotatable telescopic front bar for street-cleaning with a maximum range about 3.5 m.
Rotating side nozzles on the rear of the front axle for washing pavements and under parked cars.
Cesspit emptier

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The Mottola’s CESSPIT EMPTIER is the result of our long experience combined with the latest technology, and we have developed a wide range of equipment to meet the needs of different kinds of customers.
The cesspit emptier uses a vacuum pump to extract liquid and sludge.

Combined Equipment

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The Mottola Combined System (Cesspit Emptier plus Jet Cleaner) makes it possible to carry out vacuum cleaning of septic tanks and sewers while washing and cleaning sewage pipes with a high-pressure water jet.
This system is for all customers whose work involves emptying septic tanks and cleaning out sewage systems.
We aim to meet the requirements of different kinds of customers and so we have developed an extremely robust and high quality product.
Each tank contains 2 smaller tanks divided by a perfectly water-tight partition. The front tank is for clean water, while the rear tank is for sludge and has a hydraulically-operated rear opening.

On request, we can also supply our customers with the following equipment: tank with movable internal base to vary internal tank capacities according to specific requirements; central tank only for sludge with two clean stainless steel water tanks at the side, bolted to the chassis

We can provide tanks inn carbon steel and stainless steel (flowered finish on request).
Tank capacities range from 1,000 to 26,000 litres.
