Cesspit Emptier
The Mottola’s CESSPIT EMPTIER is the result of our long experience combined with the latest technology, and we have developed a wide range of equipment to meet the needs of different kinds of customers.
The cesspit emptier uses a vacuum pump to extract liquid and sludge.
We can build tanks in carbon steel and stainless steel (flowered finish on request).
Tank capacities range from 1,000 to 30,000 litres.
We can mount the Cesspit Emptier on a chassis with 2, 3 or 4 axles, trailers, semi-trailers and dumper trucks.
When mounted on a dumper truck an auxiliary motor aids pump movement, making it self-governing and versatile.
The large range of air- and water-cooled vacuum pumps allows our customers to choose the system best suited to their specific requirements.
Drive system of Vacuum pump: Mechanical or Hydraulic (according to customer needs)
We provide:
- air-cooled vacuum pump systems with the following air capacity:
430 mc/h, 490 mc/h, 610 mc/h, 730 mc/h, 850 mc/h with a 93% maximum operating vacuum
- water-cooled vacuum pump systems with the following air capacity:
620 mc/h, 900 mc/h, 1250 mc/h, 1550 mc/h, 1980 mc/h, 3200 mc/h, with a 95% maximum operating vacuum.
On request, we can also provide self-priming vacuum pumps or rotary blowers.
Standard fittings are:
level gauges at the rear,
manhole
4” discharge hose and valves
side lockers with doors, mudguards and mud flaps for rear wheels
revolving yellow roof top beacon
n. 2 flexible DN100 hoses complete with quick-action circular couplings and pressure gauges
On request we can also provide:
tipping tank; manual opening of Tailgate; Hydraulic opening of Tailgate; manual or hydraulic closure;
Rear charge and rear discharge (pneumatic or manual operated).
Upper hydraulic rotating and lifting boom arm with 4’’, 6’’ and 8’’ hose to charge the waste water, hydraulic discharge lobe pump with capacities ranging from 200 to 2700 lt /1’ street-cleaning system connected to discharge pump with front bar and spray nozzles
